By accessing our website or purchasing any product, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Terms stated here.

3. License and Usage Rights
3.1 License Type
When you purchase the AI Assistant Kit or any digital product from Botify Labs, you receive:
A lifetime license to use, customize, and deploy the product.
Rights to rebrand the product under your own brand.
Permission to resell the product to unlimited Business clients.
3.2 Ownership
You own the customized version you build. Botify Labs retains ownership of the original source code and frameworks.
Redistribution of our original unmodified source code is not allowed.
3.3 Restrictions
You may not:
Claim authorship of the original Botify Labs code or templates
Sell or distribute the raw, unmodified product
Use the product for illegal or harmful activities
Reverse engineer any locked or protected components
Mislead clients into thinking Botify Labs is providing them direct support
4. Payments and Billing
All payments must be completed before you receive access to the product.
Payments are non refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly offered in a written guarantee.
Any local taxes, VAT, or processing fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you sell the product to your clients, you are solely responsible for your own pricing and payment handling.
5. Support and Updates
5.1 Support
We provide general support and guidance for setup. Support does not include:
Hands on development
Custom feature building
Full deployment service
Client specific integrations unless stated
Premium support plans may be offered separately.
5.2 Updates
If we release improvements or updated templates, you may receive them depending on your license type. We do not guarantee regular updates.
6. Client Responsibility
If you resell the product to your own clients:
You are responsible for onboarding them
You must provide your own support or team
You must set your own pricing, terms, and policies
You must not claim that Botify Labs provides direct support to your clients
You are responsible for any disputes, liabilities, or issues related to your clients or their data.
7. Data and Privacy
You agree to follow all applicable privacy laws in your region.
Botify Labs does not collect or monitor your clients' data unless you explicitly request support access. You must manage privacy compliance for your deployments.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Botify Labs products to:
Spam
Mislead or scam users
Collect sensitive information without consent
Launch harmful bots
Violate local or international laws
Violation may result in termination of access.
9. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, branding, website content, documentation, and original source code belong to Botify Labs.
Your purchased license allows usage, not ownership of the intellectual property.
10. Limitation of Liability
Botify Labs is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from:
Misuse of the product
Incorrect installation
Errors caused by third party services or APIs
Loss of revenue due to your business decisions
Issues caused by your hosting provider
Downtime or service interruptions
The product is provided as is, with no guarantee of specific financial or business outcomes.
11. Refunds
Since this is a digital product with instant delivery, all sales are final.
Refunds may be granted only if:
You purchased by mistake and have not accessed the product
The product was not delivered after payment
Required by applicable laws in your region
Proof of issue may be required.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you:
Violate these Terms
Abuse support or misuse the product
Engage in illegal or fraudulent activity
You may also choose to discontinue use at any time.
